TILIDIO Privacy Policy

About this policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

This policy explains what information the TILIDIO mobile game collects, how it is used, and your choices. TILIDIO is published by DirkWerks LLC ("DirkWerks," "we," "us"), Georgia, USA. It applies to the TILIDIO app on iOS and Android.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, or account details to play TILIDIO. Information is collected in four ways:

Game data

  • What: settings, scores, statistics, achievements, game progress

  • Where it goes: stored on your device; not sent to us

Platform gaming services (if used)

  • What: your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center player ID and display name, plus achievements, leaderboard scores, or saved games TILIDIO sends to them

  • Where it goes: shared with Google or Apple when you are signed in to their service

Advertising data

  • What: device advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model, OS version, app interactions with ads, approximate location derived from IP

  • Where it goes: collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads

Purchase data

  • What: which in-app items you bought

  • Where it goes: processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we receive a receipt confirming the purchase, never your payment details

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include.

How information is used

•         To run the game and remember your settings and progress on your device

•         To show ads that keep TILIDIO free, and to measure how those ads perform

•         To deliver and restore items you purchase

•         To answer support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information for money. Personalized advertising through Google AdMob may be considered “sharing” under some US state laws; you can opt out using Privacy options in TILIDIO’s settings.

Advertising

TILIDIO shows banner ads and end-of-game ads served by Google AdMob. Google may use the advertising data above to show personalized ads, limit repeat ads, and prevent fraud. How Google uses this data is described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

•         iOS: TILIDIO asks permission before your advertising ID is used for tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized.

•         EEA, UK and Switzerland: you are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and can change your choice later in the app.

•         Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings.

You can remove ads with the Remove Ads in-app purchase.

In-app purchases

Purchases such as PowerUps, tile themes, and Remove Ads are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. We receive only a purchase confirmation so the item can be delivered and restored. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Sharing, retention and security

We share information only with Google (AdMob) for advertising; with Apple and Google for purchases and, if you use them, Game Center or Play Games; or when required by law. On-device game data is deleted when you uninstall TILIDIO; data sent to Game Center or Play Games is kept by Apple or Google under their policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. Advertising data is retained by Google under its own policies.

Children's privacy

Tilidio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

•         Limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

•         Change your ad consent choice in TILIDIO's settings (EEA, UK and Switzerland).

•         Remove all on-device game data by uninstalling the app.

•         Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have rights to access or delete personal information. Since we hold none beyond support emails, contact us and we will help, or direct you to Google for advertising data.

Game Center and Play Games: you can sign out or turn them off in your device's settings (iOS: Settings > Game Center; Android: the Google Play Games app), and manage or delete that data through Apple or Google.
